We are proud to announce that the TACsy PhD students are organising and will host a networking symposium!

The CSC2026 is a student-organised symposium that explores the exciting and promising field of computational systems chemistry and cheminformatics – and their applications in research areas such as chemical reaction networks, metabolic pathways, generative models, and analytical chemistry. This free-to-register two day symposium is dedicated to young researchers, ranging from Masters to post-docs, and even industry R&D specialists.

We are pleased to announce that the 5th TACsy PhD School took place in Leipzig, Germany,February 2 to 6 2026, hosted by Leipzig University.

This PhD School continues the successful planning of the TACsy PhD schools, bringing together all Doctoral Candidates (DCs), academic and industry partners for a week of scientific exchange, collaborative reflection, and public engagement training.

Third TACsy PhD School & Fourth Consortium Meeting

The 3rd TACsy PhD school took place in Leipzig, where it was hosted by the University of Leipzig, at Härtelstraße 16-18, 04107 Leipzig, room 114. The second day of the PhD school was cohosted with the team from the Novo Nordisk Foundation MATOMIC project, which gave the chance to the TACsy DC to network and explore possible collaborations.

Following our first successful PhD school, The University of Vienna is taking the lead for the 2nd TACsy PhD School. The second Vienna PhD School will take place in RAUM9 Workshop-Zentrum am Alsergrund, Alser Strasse 26, 1090 Wien, Austria.

First TACsy PhD School & Second Consortium Meeting

We are happy to Announce the TACsy Project 1st PhD School. The PhD School will take place at Svanninge Bjerge Forskingsstation on 14-21/01/2023.

After a long period of recruitments we have now completed the team. Fifteen prominent young researchers have joined our team and will meet each other in person as well as meet all the PIs of TACsy for the first time .

The Doctoral Candidates will experience a week full of trainings and other activities that plan to strengthen the team.

Saturday Jan 13	DCs travel to Odense. Potential for self-planned tourist activities in Odense. Dinner 19:00
Sunday Jan 14	Chartered bus to Svanninge Bjerge (departure from Odense hotel 09:00 AM). Ice-breaking /social activities. Research innovation training course (start).
Monday Jan 15	Research innovation training course (cont.).
Tuesday Jan 16	Research innovation training course (cont.). Excursion (bus).
Wednesday Jan 17	Research innovation training course (conclusion).
Thursday Jan 18	Gender awareness workshop. Work-life balance workshop.
Friday Jan 19	Day of DCs presenting their TACsy research projects and giving mutual feedback.
Saturday Jan 20	TACsy consortium meeting. Farewell party.
Sunday Jan 21	Chartered bus to Odense (departure 10:00 AM, arrival in Odense approx. 10:45 AM).
